Poster Church LED ScreensFreestanding LED poster displays for church lobbies, welcome corridors and outreach events — no wall, no rigging, folds into a flight case
A Screen That Rolls In Instead of Being Installed
Not every church screen belongs on a wall. The poster format answers a different job: the lobby that needs today’s service times, the corridor by the entrance that welcomes visitors, the outreach table at a community fair, the youth room that reconfigures every Sunday. A poster LED display goes where the people are that week — and comes back when the event ends.
These screens are freestanding by design: a slim, tall chassis on wheels or a floor stand, with a small footprint that fits a lobby corner or a stage side position. Setup is folding and locking — no rigging, no drilling, no cable run to the ceiling. Content loads from a USB stick or the built-in control system, so a volunteer can change the welcome slide without touching a laptop.
Foldable LED Poster Display
A 640×1920mm portrait poster that folds into a flight case and unfolds in minutes. Ideal for lobby announcements, welcome messages, outreach events and multi-purpose rooms where a permanent wall mount is not an option.
Poster, Wall or Portable: Matching the Format to the Place
| Where the screen lives | Best format | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A fixed wall in the sanctuary or stage | Indoor wall systems | Permanent installation with front service — see the indoor church LED screens category |
| Lobby, welcome corridor, event entrance | Poster display | Freestanding, quick setup, footprint measured in centimetres — no wall work at all |
| A stage that changes every week | Rental backdrop | Fast-lock stage walls for revivals and productions — see rental church LED screens |
| Outside the building | Outdoor display | IP65 weatherproofed screens for yards and building fronts — see outdoor church LED screens |
Many churches start with a poster screen precisely because it settles the question of content before the question of construction: run announcements on a poster for a quarter, learn what the congregation actually reads, and size your permanent wall around real behaviour instead of a guess.
