How LEGIDATECH

All LEGIDATECH screens will first be produced by professional SMT machines to complete the surface mounting, painting, coloring, etc. of the lamp beads.
After SMT, the kit needs to be manually installed to ensure that it is placed in the corresponding position. The kit can protect the module and increase the color contrast
After the kit is completed, the machine will automatically screw it in, which is faster, more efficient and more accurate.
All PCB boards, receiving cards, power supplies and wires are assembled manually to prevent leaks and fill gaps. All accessories are well-known brands.
After the module is completed and the finished product is assembled, each module/box needs to be subjected to a 72-hour lighting aging test to check whether there is any color difference or malfunction
After confirming that the church LEDwall is fault-free, LEGIDATECH will count the number of screens and accessories again, take photos and confirm with the customer. Then pack them one by one and prepare for shipment
