Indoor small-pitch fixed LED display－Ehonor Series is independently developed by our Legidatech LED screen factory in 2023, mass production and launch in the market in 2024.
Once launched on the market, it attracted a lot of attention from customers.
So far, about 8,000 square meters have been shipped, and the vast majority of customers have praised them.

That’s because our Ehonor Series product is specially designed for indoor fixed LED display screens, which solves the pain points of most customers.

Today I have sorted out the design ideas and implementation methods of the Ehonor Series, so that everyone can clearly understand why our Ehonor Series is designed this way.
Cabinet weight and dimensions
The dimensions of the Ehonor Series are 480mmx320mmx65mm, and the weight of the panel is only 3kg.
The cabinet size is designed to be so light and thin instead of larger and heavier, because there are many benefits to this design, including but not limited to the following:
Space saving
The panel is very thin, which can make more effective use of space and is suitable for installation in places with limited space.

Cabinet Configuration
The design of the cabinet is that three modules are equipped with one power supply.
The LED power supply usually includes two parts, input and output, to adapt to the constant current driving characteristics of the LED and ensure the stable operation of the entire display system.
With this design, the power supply will have a small load, slow aging, and a longer lifespan, which is twice that of a traditional display in the market.
At the same time, three modules are equipped with a receiving card. The cabinet receiving card of the LED display is an important part of the LED display system.
It is responsible for receiving data signals from the LED sending card, decoding the received data, and transmitting the processed data signals to the display driver screen to ensure that the entire LED display can display a complete picture.
Under this design, coupled with the high refresh rate and high resolution, the led screen performance are more delicate and vivid, with bright and realistic colors.
Magnetic design
Ehonor Series has a strong magnetic installation design. The cabinet comes with a permanent strong magnet.
When installed on the metal structure, you only need to place it lightly and it will automatically adsorb.
The installation is very simple and convenient.
Maintenance is also all done from the front. This front maintenance magnetic design not only makes maintenance simple and convenient, but also greatly saves installation space.
There is no need to reserve any maintenance channels and space.
Installation and connection design
Ehonor Seires can be installed horizontally or vertically according to the size of the site. There is an installation arrow on the back of the cabinet.
This design can make more effective use of space and achieve the best display effect.
The cabinet has a plug-and-play power and signal port design. The power cord and signal cable can be easily inserted from the outside of the panel for easy installation.
Heat dissipation design.
Ehonors Series uses a fireproof ABS material back cover, which is high in strength and light in weight.
The back of the cabinet is designed with a turbine-style heat dissipation hole, which can extract the heat out of well even if the back side is installed close to the wall, extending the lifetime while saving installation space.
Modules used
The pixel pitches that can be applied to Ehonor Series include P1.25/ P1.5/ P1.8/ P2/P2.5/P3/P4, and the P1.5/P1.8 pixel pitch can be customized to replace the SMD module with a COB module, meeting most application requirements for indoor fixed installation scenarios.
Packaging
A single cabinet is covered with plastic film to prevent dust and water.
Two panels are placed in a colored carton with built-in handles for easy transportation.
For long-distance transportation, special wooden boxes will be used to pack the products, giving them the most effective protection and ensuring the product is protected from damage during transportation
